Pumping Stations

Oil Sludge Pumping Solution for Naryan-Mar

OZNA shipped a pumping station for transfer of oil sludge for Naryanmarneftegaz. The station will be used for transfer of oil sludge from the Yuzhnoe-Khylchuyu field from the oil tank RVS-700 to the processing unit for sludge with sulfide and oil content.

Corrosion resistant screw pumps NOVA ROTORS MN 055–1 (Italy) are used for sludge transfer. The variable-frequency electric drives with 3 kW capacity are explosion proof. The project complexity for technical department concerned the selection of special components specified by the customer. During production there were special requirements to welding, flange production, since all technological pipelines were produced from corrosion resistant material, like 15ХФА, 13ХФА Russian steel grades.

Contract supervision during assembly and start-up services (without assembly part) were provided by OZNA specialists.

OZNA Solutions for Oil Treatment

OZNA in its following its development strategy is realizing Oil Treatment projects.

OZNA produced and shipped a set of automated equipment for Water Discharge, Treatment and Injection ordered by Volgogradneftegaz (RITEK), a Lukoil Company. The Preliminary Water Discharge Plant is used for gas and liquid mixture gathering to the Collection Point from well pads, cleaning of the water from oil products, gas and mechanical admixtures, and its injection back to the formation. OZNA equipment comprises of: expander, blender, preliminary gas discharge unit, tube-type separator, buffer tank with piping, valves, stairs, service platforms, control instrumentation, lighting, water pumping station with two pumps, drainage tank with submersible pump, and a set of control automation.

Plant capacity at maximum liquid production (2011): liquid — 1870,3 m3 per day, oil — 904,4 m3 per day. gas resource — 22,9 mln. m3 per year.

Designed equipment life time — minimum 15 years.

Pumping Stations for Tomskgazprom

OZNA won a tender for supply of a pumping station for Kazanskoe oil-gas-condensate field of Tomskgazprom. The pumping station includes four pumping units with horizontal centrifugal pumps with 1300 m3 per hour capacity and 1770 m head, and two control blocks. All block-modules are joined by single roof, total building area is 219 m2.

The new pumping station by OZNA is based in Parabelskiy district of Tomskaya oblast and became an important part of the field infrastructure.

Gas Vapour Gathering Unit for Oilmen

OZNA and Russian-US JV Bashteks during the last 10 years have realized six joint project of supplying such systems to oil tank farms of Bashkortostan, KhMAO and Orenburg.

The Vapour Gathering System is used for gathering and compression of hydrocarbon vapour, released in the gassed area of tanks during technological operations connected with oil and oil products treatment, storage and transfer. Equipment is allocated in modules and works in auto mode without an operator.

In 2010 three Vapour Gathering systems were manufactured for Bashneft, Russneft and TNK-BP. The Vapour Gathering System has important ecological mission. Depending on the capacity of a tank farm, quantity and quality of oil, the Vapour Gathering Systems may transfer up to 3 000 m3 of gas per day preserving the oil quality. Another important effect — is the reduction of corrosion activity of gas, which prolongs life of tanks and minimizes repairs cost. An OZNA produced Vapor Gathering System also has advantage of improving ecological situation at tank farms, which helps preserve health of staff and improve the condition of environment.
